Two-factor authentication problem

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing my Meta account.I can log in with my email and password to my original account, but I am asked to enter a 2-factor authentication code that is sent to my old phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone number, and I also do not have any recovery codes.I still have full access to my email address linked to the account. I am using a Meta Quest 2 headset, and I would like to regain access to my account. Could you please help me reset or remove the two-factor authentication so I can log in again?If needed, I can provide proof of identity or device information.
