Game released, but it appears as STILL IN PRE ORDER

Sol Protocol (App ID: 10067260370018011) launched today on the Meta Horizon Store. It's purchasable in-headset, but the web store page still shows it as "Pre-order", and reviews are disabled on the PDP.

So our entire web funnel is dead on our biggest day, and we're losing the day-one review window which we can't recover later.

In App Submissions our full release shows as [approved/live] with release date Sep 19, 2026, 9:00 AM CEST.

Is there anyone who can look at the listing state today, or point me to the fastest escalation path on case 00011508? Happy to provide anything you need.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience — we’re currently dealing with a very similar issue with our own Meta Horizon Store launch.

Could I ask whether the problem had any impact on your launch visibility or Store positioning?

In particular, once the issue was resolved:

  • Did your game still appear normally in New Releases?
  • Did the temporary Pre-order/release issue affect search or Store discovery?
  • Was your original launch date preserved, or did Meta effectively treat the later corrected release as the actual launch date?

That’s currently our biggest concern, so any insight from your experience would be extremely helpful.
