MQDH not able to login behind corporate Proxy using oculus account
Hello ,
I am not able to login to the MQDH using my oculus login inside my organization.
The error seems really bad. Attached.
IS there a way to configure the proxy for MQDH?

Hey again cyborgxr07, so we did find a few things that can be done for this type of issue.
These domains need to be whitelisted:
- oculus.com
- facebook.com
- fbcdn.net is the "Facebook Content Distribution Network" and delivers photos and videos to people who use Facebook
- akamaihd.net is another Content Distribution Network used by some of the biggest tech companies in the world to stream audio and video and host downloads.
If these domains are not whitelisted in secured networks (school, work, private, etc.) you will likely have network connection issues.
You'll also need to open the following ports to allow outbound connections:
- 443 (TCP)
- 3478 (TCP)
- 50000-59999 range (UDP)
If this doesn't work, we highly recommend speaking with your I.T. department to see what can be done.

Hello MetaStoreHelp ,
IT team checked and the traffic doesn't seems to be routed to these URLS .It is goign to graph.oculus.com and it is already allowed.
What could be the reason.
The error which the tools shows doesn't give any meaningful info. It is some Json error. (Not even like authentication failed or ssl failed)
Why there is no option to set up proxy like many other tools ( Android studio, etc)
What could be the possible fix?

the error is not fixed as we are not able to know the error string.
Had the error been proper we could have debugged more.
