Avatar not loading in MiRacle Pool

Suddently avatar won't load. Gives an error message that avatar can't load. Any ideas?

    This is happening a lot. It isn't a Meta problem. You need to contact the game developers, you can find the contact details on the app information on your Horizon app on the phone. For your convenience the website is below!
