Batman: Not here

I bought a Quest 3, and It should come with Batman: Arkham Shadow, but its not in my library, and/or I don't know how to add it too my library. Please Help.

    I’m having the same issue asAPDragon7812​.  When I go to start a support ticket, I can’t associate my device with my account even though I have the serial number (didn’t purchase through Meta).  I also tried chattingMetaStoreHelp​  and they’re not responding.

    Currently, MetaStoreHelp​ isn't reachable through the forum, that's why they are not responding.

    You probably put in the wrong serial number. You must put in the sn from the box, not from the headset itself. The fact, that you didn't buy it directly from Meta is not relevant.

    In my reply to APDragon7812​  I provided a direct link to Meta support, no serial number needed😉..... just use it to contact them.
