Beat Saber add-ons not sharing on Quest 2

My husband and I have separate accounts and one Oculus Quest 2. I was able to play Beat Saber we purchased on his account using mine. I just bought a music pack add-on with his account. I went into mine and it's asking me to buy it again. I don't understand why I can play the game but not the add-on. It's a family Oculus and if I want to have my own account to track my own progress outside my husband I should be able to. It's not like we can play the same game together since it's the same Oculus.

Looks like some miscommunication occurred, sorry about that ramzoah and kunoichi-chan. The investigation that was previously mentioned was in relation to app sharing which has since been resolved. Content such as DLCs is intended to not be sharable.

EDIT: Disclaimer, this was marked as Accepted Solution to inform others that the DLCs are intended to not be shareable. There is no fix to this as it is not a bug.

I absolutely agree...app sharing without the ability to share the DLCs too, is useless
You can tell beat games your wish....because the decision if DLCs can be shared are made by the game devs, not by Meta.
Maybe it helps, if many users reach out to them.....you can do that here:

I posted on there IG and FB. Maybe more parents will do the same.

I only just download a music bundle for the first time after having the Quest for myself and my daughter since Christmas and I am absolutely amazing and disgusted that this content can't be shared among profiles. If this is the case it should NOT a "in the fine print" type of thing: it should be extremely obvious and pointed out BEFORE the purchase is made. This is disgusting by Beat Saber. I thought the prices were to high already for these bundles, but to not share them? Horrible. I will not be purchasing any more DLC in this game.

It is a terrible thing, but it isn't Beat Sabre that is the problem, it is the music companies. And yes, Beat Sabre should be more forthcoming about the issue in the shops. But, they are saying that they are working on sharing between accounts on the same headset, but who know when that will be. Music companies are greedy. My wife and I just play on my account with the Party mode, they we can battle each other as Beat Sabre tracks all the scores.

That’s all bull. The music industry is not getting 100% of the profits. But, yea they are greedy. Beat Saber could cut from their profits though. If anything, they could give you a discount of 50% for the second game and then another 50% for a third and so on.

Games with music have been out before. This isn’t anything new. Beat Saber is just as greedy and I wouldn’t doubt if they were part of the music industry and just acting as if they ain’t. They are all connected.
