Hello everyone. I realize it's been a year since I posted this but wanted to drop by and leave you with a link to a youtube video (very wobly so don't recommend watching on VR) that helped me solve this issue. I realize this may not work for everyone but worked for me. Good luck!

I just checked beat saber on my Quest 3....it's working without issues, so I don't think it's a game bug.

Beat saber version is 1.40, but....

....I'm still on Quest version v71 and wonder if v72 is related to that problem🤔

I called my ISP today who insisted everything looked right on their end. They asked me to provide the specific ports used by Beat Saber so that they could open them for me and look into it. Does anyone knows which ports are used by Beat Saber? I emailed them but not sure how long they'll take to respond (if ever).

Renesaurio I didn't get a response from beat saber when I mailed them with an issue some years ago. They've pushed out an update which fixed the problem, though.

But in that case more user were affected, you seems the only one - except of shoyapkyuyapkyu - with this problem.

What happens, if you install an older beat saber version .... just to rule out 1.40 causes the issue somehow.

I cannot get Beat Saber to open on my quest 3 since the update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled already. Any other suggestions?

The Meta chat person ask me to do a hard reset. I am not fond of doing that. I miss playing Beat Saber.

I wanted to try the free trial to see if it was worth purchasing and can't even download it. After I click agree and download it gives a Query Error. If they can't even get a trial correct I don't have faith in the full game.

I think your problem is most likely not with the game but rather with server/software issues.

Running into the same issue today - I can click on songs, but I just get a spinning icon and the play button never appears. Tried restarting the headset, router, etc. no luck. Quest 3 On v72.

I've had the same issues, I found just doing a restart of the quest, then logging straight into the profile you want seems to negate that looping load screen.

I'm having the exact same issue. Quest 3 v72 with a slightly different build number. Same beat sabre version.

The only thing I can currently play is campaign which appears to load and run correctly. Online, like you, I can join games but they don't actually start.

This feels network related. If I click unpurchased/not downloaded catalogues it just spins - no play list and no option to purchase.

Haven't played BS for a few weeks so unsure when it started.

my headset quest 3 will not update to new version. stops at 1.5G/1.7G.

what is the issue? headset is fully updated. game not modded. all other games updated just fine.

Often uninstalling/reinstalling the game can help to solve such problems.

I have not tried that. I'm a bit worried about trying that since other players can't get on at all. I guess that is my only option at this point. what i find really weird is on the upgrade screen it starts to show several downloads of the exact same app. one goes at 285mb, fails to install. then 3 more pop up with the 1.7GB update all within seconds of each other.

the game plays but i cannot connect to online play. i tried playing a hard level since I mainly play E and EX. my score shows up on world servers. it's connected somehow but zero coldplay and now no online play.
