Bobber bay fishing glitch

I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.

Meta Support said to report it to the creator of Bobber Bay. Meta Support was absolutely no help. I've uninstalled it multiple times as well. I Can only buy bait.

At least you can buy bait, the rest of us can’t buy squat! The purchase menu doesn’t even show for some of us. I have well over 400,000 in game currency from fishing and can’t even buy anything

I'm having a similar problem. I can't purchase anything in the store, even though I have the bucks. I'm trying to get a new rod and other tackle. The line scrolls like the purchase is going through, but nothing happens.

Same here. I can't see the description of anything for sale. It does let me buy bait, even though I can't see what I'm buying.

Same here, bait is the only thing I can buy. I glad it's not just me. Maybe if enough people with the issue complains they'll do something about it.

I am having the same issue, can only buy bait and can't travel to other islands. The travel board is blank when I look at it.

I can't even purchase a ticket to the island. Someone who had the ticket also said the board was blank. Who is responsible for that game? I wish I knew who to get in touch with.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and switching to different sessions but it doesn't help. Has anyone been able to figure out what's happening?

The same thing is happening with me, whenever I go into the store, the only thing I can buy is bait, and nothing else. I've tried pressing on everything but the only thing that goes through is bait.
