can't play any multiplayer games on 3s

When I try to join a server for any multi-player game  it says connecting for a few minutes, then says disconnected and I get booted. We have done a factory reset on the VR, reset internet connection, tried a hotspot and checked that the 3s is fully updated. I am also getting an error when I try to contact support now, both on a computer and my phone.

      Not seeing any problem here. What software version is your headset on?

        I've just checked mine again. I have a group of friends, 4 of them have the 3s including me. No problems for any of us. Maybe you have a bug, report it through the bug reporting tool on your headset. You could also try a factory reset. Also check your WiFi connection. It's also possible that sometimes the server has a temporary problem. You can try later.

          We have tried factory reset, the 3s and all games are completely up to date. checked wifi. This has been going on for several days now and Meta support has been no help.
