Cannot update or install games

As of 3 months ago, i have been unable to update any of my quest games, or install new ones or reinstall the old ones.

At this time, i haven't saved enough to upgrade my headset. I am very upset, and have stopped enjoying my quest. I already tried the usual stuff, restarting my headset, etc.

I have even gone to lengths, such as waiting 40 minutes on my home menu, doing nothing.

Now, this is what I mean by it won't update and stuff. My games always do one of these things, go to 100% then halt or fail, go to 100% or 90% and then skip back to halfway and crash, go to only a few mb and then stop or fail.

I am on a quest 2. Is this the problem?

Someone please help me out. This is very frustrating.
