crash when closing browser

Hi iv been unable to play my fav game for 2 weeks every time i hit the browser it works ok but when i close it  to return to game it leaves a bot and white bar and an unable to play the game have to restart the quest 2 to clear it it only started happening after it updated 2 weeks ago iv even factory reset quest and reinstalled program on phone but always the same it had me to the point of throwing it in the bin anyone got an idea how to fix it plzzzz

    Double press the Meta button and the button with the line disappears.

    What game? If it's just that game,, whatever it is, contact the game developer. You can find their website on the Horizon app.. Find it in your library and then you can find the website of the developer.

      No any game if i press the oculos button and select the browser it appears with the dot and line below which allows you to move it. when i hit the x to close it it goes but the button and line remain  and i become stuck as that becomes the only thing i can move is the stupid dot and line it only started 2 weeks ago when i did and update it was working spot on before that and its not just the browser any thing i open then close leave the stupid dot and line and only way to fix is a total restart iv factory reset the headset removed the oculus frtom my phone and reinstalled and it still buggered

      You said it was for your favorite game, not any game. If it's affecting all your games send a bug report through the bug reporting tool on the headset so the devs can look at it.
