"Failed to start process"

As soon as i start any game or sometimes i dont do anything exept being in the Desktop thingi it just freezes. When i plug the cable out it doesent want to reconect only if i Restart the pc and the headset. When i want to Deinstall or Repair it with the Meta horizon link setup it just says Failed to start process

Ive tried making another User but this worked for mabey 30minutes and now i am back to being unable to play
