A few days ago a user had the same issue… turned out that he didn’t had an account name, it might also some other detail missing in your account details.

You can also contact Meta support so they can look into that.

Follow the link above and scroll down, click “orders and returns”, describe your problem, wait for the AI response, then scroll down and click on “no, that did not resolve my issue”. 

Now you get the option to contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp.

Yeah, you were right, thanks for your help, I think that's the main cause for most people with this issue
