FNAF: Help Wanted 2 missing from Quest 2 library but showing in phone transaction history
Iām having a issue with Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2 on my Oculus Quest 2. I pre-ordered/purchased the game some time ago, but after taking a break from VR, it has completely disappeared from my headset's library.
Here is what is happening:In my Meta Horizon mobile app, the game is clearly visible in my Transaction History as successfully purchased and i have the receipt in my mail. The app even gives me the option to "Request a Refund".However, when I click on it in the app, there is no option to install it. Clicking "View Product Details" just takes me to the store page, which asks me to buy the game again at full price.Inside the Quest 2 headset and on the PC browser store, the game does not appear in my library (even under the "Not Installed" filter), and the store page prompts me to purchase it.
