Frozen Referral Icon in Meta Quest App — 2 Weeks and Multiple Emails, Still Not Fixed

I am experiencing an issue with a frozen Referral icon in the Meta Quest app.

The icon has been stuck and does not update. I have been contacting Meta Support for almost two weeks, with many emails going back and forth, but the issue is still not resolved.

The frustrating part is that the conversation keeps going in circles. I have explained the problem clearly, but the responses continue to focus on referral details instead of addressing the actual app issue.

I am not asking about the referral reward or anything else. I only want the frozen Referral icon in my app to be fixed.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or know how to get this properly escalated?

Report the bug within the Meta Horizon app (hamburger menu > 'Report an issue').

have you checked if it is an app gltch or an issue with your account?

I mean, can you copy/send your device referral link from the link below?

https://www.meta.com/my/referrals/

Same for app referrals...... can you send them from the headset, instead of using the app?

    Hi,  the referral system works through the web links you provided. The only thing that is broken is the Referral icon/page inside the Meta Horizon app. This is an app UI issue, not an account issue.

      I see...... I assume , you've already tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting your phone?

      I'm just mentioning this in case support hasn't already told you.🙃

        Yes, I've tried everything that has been suggested so far. I've logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the Meta Horizon app, and after reading your comment, I also restarted my phone.  Unfortunately ,  the Referral icon is still frozen and nothing has changed.
