Game does not load

Hi team , newbie here . Headset was fine but will now not load first encounters for the grandkids . Game opens and i get to screen that says set boundary , takes me to room and i have options of not now or update , i have tried both but it then takes me back to the opening screen of the game with the only option of set playing area and i go around the same loop . I have gone into settings and deleted data from app , tried to restart game from app on phone , deleted app from headset and re loaded and i keep coming back to same issue ? 

any help welcome

    Ignore the message to set boundary, that's the UI menu, I think. It will disappear after about 30 seconds. Wait for the game screen below then just click "play" or do a 'rescan' first if you don't have the room already scanned.

      Hi still cannot get to this screen with these options . When i boot game up it goes straight to do scan of room , i do that and then update it  i see the exact same screen as above but with the option only to scan room to set up ? I have tried to ignore it for several minutes but nothing happens . During the scan i get 2 options to say done or re scan . When i say done i get to a screen that says confirm . I press confirm and then the whole thing disappears and i just see my room. I have to press the double oo to get be back to main screen on the headset and it then says do i want to quit the game , odd as i am not even in it ? .

      It's supposed to be like that..... the game uses your room as play area.😉

      You are in the game...... just wait a moment after pressing "confirm" and see what happens.

        Ok great , will try that today . Very much appreciated , might have some happy grandkids again😉
