Game Downloads keep cancelling themselves on Quest 3

hi im having an issue when trying to download asgards wrath 2, im on q3, every time i try to download the game, the download stops and the asgards wrath icon goes back to install, i normally get between 100-600mb when it does this, the highest download i have got to is 18gb, i have restarted the quest and done a factory reset, there is plenty of space and i have tried different wifi networks. i can download and install other games just not this 1.

This is fixed!

Our team has informed us this is solved (over all issues with games downloading)

Stuck on installation:

1.Restart the headset

Please let us know if this is still an issue to get a better look into this for you!

Just purchased 2x Q3s (512s) both of them are dumping walkabout golf whole in one (10gb) repeatedly whenever we take the devices off (our heads) for charging. Both devices OSs updated straight out of box. We currently have no game to play. Been flubbing about for 8 hours.....

Ok after many attempts trying different things it worked.

Here's my hypothesis on why it maybe wasn't working:

We bought 'Walkabout golf - Whole in one'. This isn't software in and of itself, but rights to download and use several pieces of software, Ie the base game and many DLCs.

It didn't work whenever I tried to run install from Quest Apps.

It finally worked when I went back to the Meta store and ran the install of just Walkabout golf (the base game) When I initiated this install it then said "Installing 5 components", displaying 10Gb to go which is the same size as when I tried to install 'Walkabout golf - Whole in one'

Hypothesis - There are bugs in installing bundled software from apps (and potentially the meta store?). You need to go back to the individual components and install those after purchasing their rights through the bundle..

Nothing worked for me, I can't tell if this is a prank or something else.

Just bought my Meta Quest 3s, I only had time to download my free copy of Batman, now the next day I can't download any game, it just starts for a split second and then stops.

Restarting the device does nothing and I'm not factory resetting my device because didn't fixed to anyone.

Should I just return the device and pretend I never bought it?

Is this even been seriously looked by Meta?

I am suffering the same issues...starts, rests abck to download in a split second...any apps(even previously purchased ones)....reset wifi and the quest multiple times and no difference. updated to highest level...any assistance iwould be appreciated please....

I'm having the same issues:
Meta Quest 3 - had it for 2 days
Software says it's up to date
Had a lot of Wifi issues it would keep dropping every couple minutes - disabled 5GHz on a router and disabled IPv6, this seemed to have helped with network stability.
I did full factory restore
The issue actually started after the factory restore - previously the network was extremely unstable and I couldn't get one of the apps to see the purchase. I thought I reinstall everything and start over. Now after factory reset I can't update/download anything.
