Game Downloads keep cancelling themselves on Quest 3

hi im having an issue when trying to download asgards wrath 2, im on q3, every time i try to download the game, the download stops and the asgards wrath icon goes back to install, i normally get between 100-600mb when it does this, the highest download i have got to is 18gb, i have restarted the quest and done a factory reset, there is plenty of space and i have tried different wifi networks. i can download and install other games just not this 1.

This is fixed!

Our team has informed us this is solved (over all issues with games downloading)

Stuck on installation:

1.Restart the headset

Please let us know if this is still an issue to get a better look into this for you!

Not seen any official statement from Meta, but I think the problem may be fixed - I've just downloaded 2 different 5gb games without using VPN and it worked fine.

Likewise, the problem has gone for me now so no more VPN required. Guess it's been quietly fixed?

Thanks for summarizing the current position...

So far its only affecting AW2 for me. Im in Nigeria (West Africa) and using Starlink satellite link for internet. Not sure if thats 4G or 5G but my download speeds clock in between 100 and 200 Mbps, so Im confide t it isn't a network problem.

I guess I will try implenenting a vpn to see if it works.

I hope something definitive will be done by Meta soon.

It's fixed for me; Meta seems to have done something on their end, all my downloads are back to normal now.

I am having trouble installing games and dlc on my quest1 I click Install it will go to que for a second then back to install. I have done a factory reset, restarted my router still no fix. My headset is up to date.

I have something similar to that problem, my package installer for games on itch.io just goes to a foggy screen every time.
