Game Library is Empty

I logged in for the first time in a  while and all my games are gone. I made sure I am using the right meta account, but my library is completely empty. I have an origenal Rift CV1,  and I understand that they no longer produce games for the device but to take away all the products I have purchased already seems a bit extreme.

Anyone else have this issue?

    Hi Rasterizer 🙂

I logged in for the first time in a  while

I have an origenal Rift CV1,

Where do you log in? On a Quest? You won't see any of your pcvr games on a Quest, but that doesn't mean they were took away from you.

You should see the in the link app library.

    Rasterizer

You can also look on the link below.... it should show you all your purchases.

Make sure to set the filter to "digital products" and the sorting to "any time"

Choleni If he didn't migrate from an Oculus account to a Meta account, would that explain it?!

    Maccyb123  Yep, it could.

But he said he logged in with a Meta account, so either

    •  he did migrate his account, but is looking in the wrong place for his games( Quest library instead of pc library)
    • or he did migrate and something went wrong (has happened)
    • or he (accidentally) created a new Meta account

I gave him the link to his orders, so he can check his "all time" history, see if he can find the games there and come here with the result.

Apparently he don't need help anymore as he didn't come back🤷‍♀️

for the first time in a  while

Not a helpful statement. How long is "a while"? Two or three years? Did you neglect to migrate your Oculus account to a Meta account by the March 2024 deadline?

steve_40 maybe just my imagination but...this vague information about a specific time period has become more common lately.

i assume the library was filled with applications that meta is no longer supporting. You know, the whole reason i bought the headset in December. The reason i ranceled my glasses order. I'm sorry if this is whats impacting your experience too
