Games not showing up in my library

I factory reset my Quest after not using it for about a year and signed back into the same Meta account (same username, email, Instagram, and avatar). I previously purchased The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners and The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution, but they no longer appear in my library and the store is asking me to buy them again. Can someone help verify that these game licenses are still attached to my account and restore my purchases?
