Gorilla Tag isn’t actually working.

So when i enter Gorilla Tag, the chalkboard says that it failed to authenticate my Oculus account. No one is in the lobby, and I can’t do anything. The chalkboard is red and says it failed to authenticate my account. Please help me.

I have something similar to that but every time I try to open gorilla tag i see 3 dots then it full on kicks me please help

I've had the same problem, and I'm not banned. It's the only game I can't play.

My son is experiencing the same issue. He owns a Quest 2. After downloading it on Christmas Day the game worked with no problems but since then, the game has complained about being the game has showed just three dots and the black screen. Today it also said something about turning on developer mode. We've made sure that the game is fully updated and the quest 2 also updated. We've also tried, resetting the quest, uninstalling/reinstalling but every single time he goes into the game it seems like it's requesting developer mode to be turned on. Any advice on how we might be able to fix this would be appreciated as he really enjoys the game.

My son is having the same problem with the gorilla tag game. It worked on Christmas and ever since it hasn’t worked. We recently updated the software and it still doesn’t work.
