How difficult is it for Meta to hire someone who isnt actively sabotaging the UI.... constantly?

Is it my imagination or did some highly paid person at Meta agree that removing our ability to order our library of games by 'most recently played' would be a great idea?

I literally have new games at the bottom of my 200+ game library and i cant do anything about it.

Im getting so fed up with the way Meta are constantly making it worse, i just dont get whats going on with them.
