How can I fix this thing about meta pay it said I cant buy anything in meta pay because it said u cannot go any further until my case is review so can u help me.

    I had this message when I tried to buy something from the store in the mobile app, but I was able to buy it from the store in the headset.....maybe I was just lucky, but you can try that.
