I was banned on Gorilla Tag

My son just received a 2 week ban for cheating because he upset someone for asking them to stop following him! I appealed from his account explaining he only has the basic PC steam vr and an oculus so it's impossible for him to cheat, or have the knowledge how to, this was their reply:

We're sorry to inform you that your game ban appeal has been rejected. This decision was made after a thorough review of valid in-game reports or our anti-cheat system findings. We want to clarify that we only consider credible reports, dismissing any spam or reports from sources we deem untrustworthy.

Despite any disappointment, please know this decision was made with careful consideration following a manual review of your in game activity.
 
We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our decision and game rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

How can they say credible reports when they don't know the people reporting!!! Also my son has no cheat software so whoever reviewed the game activity clearly has no clue what they're doing!!! It's unfair people get banned without any proof, if they listen to the chat they would hear the player keep telling his friends to report my son for cheating so how is that fair he should be allowed to make people report falsely???  Games like this make me so mad as there's no support for the victims of hate and malicious reporting which I can guarantee it is, but they'd rather call me and my son liars instead of being fair and banning the false reporters.

It is time to put this class action lawsuit into actionable words.  I have a court case tomorrow and I will spend the time before it and after it discussing this case potential case.  While Meta, and their fictional AI moderators, may believe that this is not a big deal, their rules, tactics, modes, and methods for enforcement are arbitrary at best.  I am sure their disclosure agreements are well documented.  They can do whatever they feel is warranted.  However, where businesses lack an understanding is when a jury is set forth to award punitive damages.  I don't mind that they have rules.  What I mind is that they are arbitrarily and sporadically enforced.  What is most concerning is most, if not all the cheating, could be overcome by simply fixing the software.  banning is a way for Meta to conserve monies and not a real threat to the user population.

I was banned from gorilla tag after this person started moaning and accused me of doing it, the whole server believed him and reported me for toxicity. I’m just done with Gorilla Tag after this. Creator of gorilla tag, please fix ur bans and just your overall game. Thank you for reading this,bye.

my child has also suffered the same fate, but unfortunately on the gorilla tag page they don’t care about your ban appeal, they flat out say this is not the place for a ban appeal. They refer you to their discord page which is loaded down with bots and is impossible to navigate. I also tried to contact the lead dev on discord only to receive a popup on their discord that they don’t want to hear from me. I don’t know how to actually get in contact with them, it’s impossible and their discord page is the most toxic page Iv ever looked at with loads of bots, click bait, spyware and trackers where kids can get into infinite amounts of trouble. Be very wary, also I need help if anyone knows another way.

The creators of this game don't care, AT ALL. They let children moderate their game, and allow them to report other players, then ban them without looking into it.  Cash grab from a joke of a company. Stay away.
