I was banned on Gorilla Tag

My kid got indefinitely banned from gorilla tag because someone thought she cheated with a mod or hack. Believe me when I say this isn’t true she wouldn’t have the 1st idea how to do this. Can someone help me get the account unbanned?

If this ban was from within Gorilla Tag, and not from your Meta account, we're unable to assist as this decision is up to the game developers. I would give an attempt with their Support Team to see if they're able to appeal the ban or see if it may have been a mistake.

This has happened to my son twice now. It’s getting ridiculous. He’s very respectful and I am versus strict about what he says while playing but you get random people who do it just to do it. He and many others are thinking of quitting @gorillatag completely and I hope they do!

I have about had it with spending any money in gorilla tag for my kids! Every other day someone bans them for hacking or something stupid! They are KIDS!! They don’t know how to even attempt it! YET…gorilla tag allows groups with racial slurs in their name but those are ok??? Who had the power to ban on gorilla tag & if it’s only the creators of the game then there is some SERIOUS issues!!!

It’s ridiculous. I found out actual hackers are banning my kids. I’ve spent thousands between both of them for cosmetics. And thing they keep banning them and said next will be indefinitely for hacking. My kids are on stand alone no pc to even get mods or hacks. It’s soo aggravating

The current system that have in place is A JOKE.

They have the kids actually playing, moderating the game reporting, falsely mostly, other players. I don't know the first steps to take but this self report system has to GO.

I'm never spending another dollar on gorilla tag. If they can ban my child during Christmas week? That's it. We pay for a game we can't use while on vacation is ridiculous.

This is his parents my child is autistic and has mannerisms and odd behaviors at times he's can be over emotional, which is how he is considering he has been banned. As a parent I monitor him and he's never been inappropriate on the game although the people he does play with bully him to tears, speak inappropriate, and have been threatening to report him over nothing.

Sorry same thing happened to my son first day into Christmas vacation 2 week ban? The only week he can play. I monitor everything as they play he did nothing. I will never spend a dime on tag again. Search for some new games for him. My son never asked about tag 24 hours later. They forget. Hopefully it helps good luck

I will never give them another dollar for gorilla tag. They banned them over Christmas for absolutely nothing. I monitor everything from my phone as they play. 2 weeks right at Christmas is ridiculous. I also found them better games they love them and don't ask about tag anymore

The developers of the game are a complete joke. They are famous for Banning users unjustifiably. Their appeal process is also a complete joke, they do not actually review their claims on any level. It is all algorithms by their company. The best thing to do is to leave a review about the game so that other users know. Then completely wipe your VR and create a whole new account under a new email.

This game is a joke. My son was banned on a Sunday, for 2 weeks. He was with me for a week, he left my house, went to his mother's for a week, came back, the two weeks should have been up, and they added 4 weeks, to a ban, that he couldn't have even played on.

Screw this company, they have no problem taking the money, but God forbid they put some proper infrastructure in place to stop cheaters. How can a ban escalate, when he hasn't even been online? Lol money hungry company.
