i am smitesh,
i own 8 meta quest 3, my question is, is it okay to login with my same personal account on all devices ?  
is there any risk of getting accout banned or something ?

It's fine, but you can only use individual purchased apps associated with your account on one device at a time, not the same app on two or more devices simultaneously.
