Meta Horizon Plus Exclusive Rewards Tab Missing

My exclusive rewards tab that give in game items, avatars and credits for horizon plus has been missing for months ever since I started my free subscription so, if I do keep it, I will be paying for features i don’t even have access to.

The exclusive rewards are given out randomly and not everyone qualifies for them, apparently. It's in the fine print. It's unfair, I know. See this thread here, and contact support using the info in that thread, as they may be able to investigate the issue.
