Missing games after migration

Hello! I haven't used my Meta Quest 2 in a while (2 years minimum). I have recently picked it up again and had to log in again. Unfortunately after logging in I found that all my games are gone (assuming it's an account migration issue). I have seen other posts on this matter where support staff said to find a code sent via email to redeem purchases after migration, but I have been unable to find that email anywhere. Help would be greatly appreciated. I have all of my receipts for my purchases.

Yes, I think it might be too late my friend.. There was an option to move to a Meta account by April 2024 I think, if I remember correctly, after that all accounts were deleted but they sent a last chance email with a specific code which is the only way that they can retrieve the data. If you don't have the code, you're out of luck.

But, if you want to give it a try and talk to a human Meta Support person directly I've put a link below to some options.. I suggest using the WhatsApp first. Might as well give it a try, you never know. Good luck 🍀🤞
