Need help redeeming bundle in UG

Purchased my son a $30 meta quest gift card so that he could get a bundle in the game UG. We redeemed the card and now cant seem to find the bundle without it wanting us to pay $30 again. How do I redeem the bundle we got him?

Having a similar issue. Gifted my son 2200 nugs in the game UG. Costing £7.99. They’ve not come through in game so he can’t redeem them. No sign of the gift in his Home Screen Notifications or Gifts Redeemed section in the app either.

Has your son tried going into the Meta Store in his headset, opening the UG page, then Add Ons, then clicking on the bundle. I think near the price button there should be an option to redeem the gift?

    He did that and it just keeps saying request sent. When I go to approve it, it is asking me to buy it when we already have

    Redeeming a Meta gift card means - the money gets added to your Quest cash in your wallet. You can now use it to buy the bundle.

      How do we do that because we can not figure out to use it?

      From your son's profile on his headset, select the bundle in the Meta Quest Store under the UG game in the "Add Ons" tab. Click on the blue buy button that has the purchase price on it. Then there should be an option to choose payment method. Click on it to expand the options. There should then be a check box to use your remaining Store Credit first before using your main payment method.
