Please add option to turn of fixed foveated rendering

Hi,

It feels like fixed foveated rendering has been turned on across the board.  It's really affecting the immersion of titles that are really not even CPU/GPU demanding titles, such as fitness apps.  Can you please add an option to be able to turn this off or adjust it globally in the settings?  Thanks.
