Roblox crashing (read more)

My Roblox keeps crashing every 5-15 minutes even though I have good internet and a meta quest 3 and I know it’s capable because I used to play Roblox Vr on my meta quest 2 before I got my quest 3. If anyone knows what’s wrong please help because I love playing Roblox Vr and just messing around with people.

Hello there GrambyFR, we understand that you are having issues playing with Roblox on the Meta Quest 3 and we have looked into different solutions that can be helpful for you:

 

  • Restart the Headset
  1. Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. If your headset doesn't automatically turn back on, press the power button until your headset has turned back on.
  • If any changes caused this to start, undo these changes (Refresh Rate, Hand Tracking, Experimental Settings, etc.)
  • Log out and back into the phone app
  • Uninstall that application, restart the headset, and reinstall the application.
  • Update Roblox & Oculus Software: Ensure you have the latest versions of Roblox and the Meta Quest software here.

I hope you guys are looking into the extremely creepy and inappropriate content for children on Roblox, including incidences of adults pretending to be kids. I'm sure you're looking into it, but do it quickly. There's still some bad stuff in there. It's great how meta protect kids in worlds, but this is something to look at seriously.

    Useless advice, that tool won't work at all on the standalone Quest version.
