Subscription about to renew, but cant find it anywhere

Here is a link to Meta staff you can talk to, though I'm not sure they can do anything as your subscription is with Tripp, not Meta. But maybe I'm wrong so here's the link!

but I cant find it anywhere in any meta account

Tab on the burger menu in the upper left corner in the Horizon phone app - scroll down to payments and subscriptions - tab on subscriptions.

I think,  you should be able to cancel it from there.
