Supervision blocking games

Hello, can someone please help! I have family supervision set up between a teen and parent account.  When my parent searches for the App i want (Untangled), the Allow button is greyed out and it says the profile is blocked from using this app.  Why can't my parent give access? We are in Australia

      There might be a few reasons for that, none of it being your fault. It might be a setting somewhere on the account. 

      Here is a link to talk to a human support person at Meta. Explain what's going on and they might be able to give you a fix or fix it at their end.. Good luck and hope you get to play your game quickly.
