Well this is my first project using unity and as a "Game Developer" i am just a web developer but i bought a devkit 9 month ago and decided to make something.

I was inspired by dreadhalls for me one of the best horror demos for the oculus, so after playing it i got some ideas and started the project 2 weeks ago. This is an early demo, i dont know if i will add more things (may be better AI and some random things) .

Please give me your feedback because is difficult to get scared by my one ideas :P i got some friends that acted like betatesters and i made them scream a littlebit. You can check their reactions in the facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/terrorift

The Goal in the Game is to get the 7 piano scores, play the piano and escape from the Castle / Dungeon.

I only tested the windows version, let me know if you test it on Mac.

Greatt thankss !! I started working on the next gane yesterday when i have something playable i will let you know. If you want you can sebd me some ideas that you have and i will work on adding some of them :)

ok, I'd just as I have told you, the sound of chainsaw I find it scary!
find themselves in the dark all of a sudden! then when the light returns something frightens us away, something like that.
Of course it lasts longer!

The second half of the video is one of my friends playing TerroRift, The first part is my other friend playing Dreadhalls. I love subjecting my friends to terrifying experiences. :twisted:

Does anyone else get horrible performance in this one? I've tried this one two nvidia cards, a GTX 770 and GTX 675M, and both have horrid performance with up to date drivers. Seems to be constantly below 30 fps, and though I find that playable even in the Rift, it still sucks.

Terrorift isn't the only game though, and it isn't limited to Nvidia. Several Unity Rift games, such as Alone, give me terrible performance on some overkill hardware. Is anyone else having these issues?
