Seems we're reaching a point where mods have such a high quality that non-VR games look and play like made ground-up for VR. Currently Titanfall 2 has received great praise:

Some said that the game was on the same level as Alyx - but those are very big words, and I do not agree. Still Titanfall 2 VR is extremely impressive - and is a full AAA experience.

RoadToVR wrote a short piece about this mod, which turns Titanfall 2 into a full-blown VR experience:

      https://roadtovr.com/titanfall-2-vr-mod-circuitlord/

Right now Titanfall 2 is about 60GB and is on sale for less than 5 bucks:

Just install the game, then install the VR mod, download the mod here:

      https://github.com/CircuitLord/CircuitLordVRModInstaller

The installer will automatically find the game, so it's extremely easy to install the mod.

      Btw, here's another trailer:

Performance-wise it's close to Kayak Mirage VR - or Subside, and Titanfall 2 VR should work great on most current rigs.

Btw, seems like Doom (2016) also is ripe for VR - I'll test that later tonight:

Fun to see that games I bought 10 years ago, but never really played (as 2D is very boring and non-immersive) suddenly have become games I might actually greatly enjoy and complete, lol.

Oculus Rift CV1, Valve Index & PSVR2, Asus Strix OC RTX™ 3090, i9-10900K (5.3Ghz), 32GB 3200MHz, 16TB SSD "Ask not what VR can do for you, but what you can do for VR"
