So I bought a game called freaky lab VR which I looked at the trailer for it and it looked pretty good so I bought it and I do not like it at all so I went to get refunded and it said refund was not eligible so then I tried to refund it again and see if something went wrong and mine. I keep in mind that I bought it 30 minutes ago and it won’t let me and I do not want the game at all and I don’t know what to do because I’ve been talking to the Meta support AI and nothing of them are doing anything that will fix the problem. I just want to speak with a human.

To speak to a human Meta Support person directly rather than an AI, here is the link to some options.. Gather your information and explain what happened and hopefully they can fix it.

Try the WhatsApp link first. Seems to get the quickest response.. Good luck!

Also for future reference there are no Meta employees here or no Meta moderators.. This is a user only forum, so get in touch here for any headset operating issues. Anything to with accounts, payments, refunds etc, we cannot help.

You can't refund games simply because you didn't like it, lol, it's called "refund abuse". It's not meant as an alternative "demo system".

How Meta Combats Abuse

While Meta's automated portal processes requests quickly, they monitor accounts for suspicious activity behind the scenes.

  • Review Limits: If Meta's algorithms detect an unusually high volume of refund requests over a short period, the system will flag the account.
  • Manual Bans: If a user is suspected of refund abuse, Meta reserves the right to revoke automated refund privileges entirely. The user will then have to go through human customer support agents for any future claims, who will manually deny requests if they see a history of "buy-play-return" behavior.
