To reinstitue meta quest 1 or oculus quest 1

Pls I am begging u guys and the company to pls reinstate the meta quest 1 to be able to participate in online games and events. Not only will it make the company and the programmers more m9ney but ingage more players. So pls i am begging una

No point in begging us my friend. Everyone in this forum is a user. There are no Meta staff here, no Meta moderators here, no Meta community managers here. Nobody from Meta will see this. We are all just volunteering our time to help troubleshoot headset issues.. You will have to contact Meta themselves with your request. Maybe you can write to them through their website.

I am begging u guys and the company to pls reinstate the meta quest 1 to be able to participate in online games and events.

A game on Quest 1 is on a different version than the same game on Quest 2/3/3s, it's not possible to play together.

You can link the Quest 1 to a pc, with the pc version of the game you are still able to play online/multiplay.

who is a game a different version from quest 2 and 3 also some multiplayer games do not have a PC version

JD12B Games are getting updates all the time. So, when the Quest 1 stopped getting firmware updates, most likely also the games won't get updates anymore.

Let's explain it with an example: the last firmware update the Quest 1 received was - I think - v50.

A that point Beat Saber version was 1.28, these days we are on v1.44.3.

1.44.3 is the version which is now used in multiplayer mode and even though you can downgrade Beat Saber some versions, 1.44.3 is the only one, which you can use if you want to play multiplayer mode.

This is just an example but it's similar to all games.
