Unable to Redeem Batman: Arkham Shadow with Meta Quest 3S Purchase

 

Hello,

I recently purchased the Meta Quest 3S 128GB (which includes Batman: Arkham Shadow and a 3-month trial of Meta Quest+) on October 23rd. However, I do not see the option to redeem the game, only the option to purchase it. I’ve checked my emails to see if there was a redemption link sent, but I haven’t received anything.

Could you please assist me with resolving this issue?

    there were a few other people with that issue. They got the game after sending a PM MetaStoreHelp 

    So, if the steps described HERE not work, you should send a PM too.

    Thank you.  I sent them a email and instant chat and they added the game too my account after I provided them some information.

    Have you tried the steps from the link in the post above yours?
    And do you live in the US or Canada?
    Because for other countries, the promotion ended on May 7th.

    Bought the 3S with the promise of the Batman game and 3 months subscription included according to the ad. Now it's nowhere to be found. What to do?
