Can not create new organization ("Select Organization" is grayed out)

I try to connect MQDH to my Quest 2. It says to enable developer mode i have to create an organization and enable 2f-autch

I enabled 2f-auth via Google Authenticator
I tried to create a developer account according to https://developer.oculus.com/resources/publish-account-management-intro/
- 1. Open the Select Organization menu and then select Create.
But can't because the field in Developer Dashboard (https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/) is grayed out?

Hi, it is so messed up that there is no answer to this but here what worked for me: Make sure that you have enabled 2FA. I haven't that is why the Select Organization option was grayed out. Hope this helps 🙂

Yeah I found out how: you HAVE to do the credit card verification hope this helps

MetaStoreHelp I'm having the same issues as the above listed. It seems like the ONLY way to verify is to add a credit card. If that's the case, your site is out of date as it states you can use a CC -or- 2FA (either phone number or app). Please respond.
