Conversions in Funnel analytics not being reported on Financial Reports

Hello -

I have a large number of conversions on my Funnel analytics for my Oculus developer's account but the rest of the analytics have not triggered yet and most of the reported conversions are not appearing on my financial documents.  Please help me get this straightened out...

This situation still has not been resolved and I just keep getting the run around.  I'm on the verge of shutting down my account and going to develop for a different company.  Meta does not appear to want to resolve this issue.

I had accumulated over 1,000+ conversion sales on my analytics and the internal payments department told me that their "initial estimate" was off - then I only received payment for about 20 conversions.  SCREW META!

I already have - did you not read my post?  I've been trying to get this problem fixed for 3 weeks already.

I must have sent off 20 messages by now explaining this issue in detail and nobody is taking the time to read any of them - I just keep getting a bunch of canned responses.  It's all very frustrating.

I'm not sure if you ever got a straight answer from Meta, but I've been looking at the same pattern and I'm 90% sure that the disparity is caused by people who did a Try Before You Buy trial but didn't purchase the app. It's confusing, but I think the different pages don't use a consistent definition of "conversion." In Funnel Analytics it can refer to people who added the app to their library (ie, TBYB) without buying it and in the TBYB trials it refers specifically to people who bought your app.

Of course, if you don't have TBYB enabled then I'm at a loss.
