How to test your app on multiple Oculus gadgets?

What is the typical way to test the app in a team? Let's say each developer has an Oculus gadget and he want's to test a specific build. Through adb the game is uploaded only locally. Is there a method to upload the game in the personal account so each member with the credentials can see and run the app?

You would have to do a store submission of the app, to the, for example, beta release channel. You then grant explicit privileges to other users who will then, once invited, have access to the app on their device/store. it is of course only available in the specific store you submitted it to. 

note that the only way to gain access to the quest store, even for pre release and beta or alpha channels, is to be approved by Oculus after submitting your pitch.
