Oculus Mobile SDK 23.0 (1.40.0) disappeared...

... without any explanation. The downloads page has reverted back to 20.0 (1.37.0). Any explanation for the disappearance?

On the app management page, there is this announcement:

    Notice
    Due
to an issue we are investigating, applications built with V23 of the
Oculus Mobile, Unity or Unreal SDK should not be submitted or updated.
If you've already updated, please rollback to V20.1 and resubmit.
Additionally, the Store Team will not be processing app submissions
during the holiday season between Dec 18th - Jan 6th, 2021.

I just pulled V20.1 into my project and now the hands don't work and there missing script. <sigh>
