Arkham Shadow is missing from the box!

Just purchased the meta quest 3s Batman bundle. After setting it up, I wanted to download the Batman game and it’s asking me to pay for it! It should have been free and part of the bundle, the reason why I bought this in the first place! Anyone experiencing it? I might return it back tomorrow back to Bestbuy.

    That’s frustrating! Check if there's a separate redemption code for the Batman game in the bundle. If not, try reaching out to Meta Quest or Bestbuy support for help. If it’s still not working, returning it is always an option.

    normally, you should see something like "redeemed with purchase of device.

    I guess, somebody bought your Quest to redeem the game, set it up with his account(the game is then tied to this account),  did a factory reset and returned it to Bestbuy.

    I think, your should return it and try another Quest 3s......hopefully, a device that wasn't selled before.
