Bought a "only used 5 hours" quest 3

The box is with no serial number. What do I do? I need document that this unit is way older than just 5 hours in my claim against seller.

How can I move forward here?

I got serial for headset and controllers.

Even if you had the serial number from the box - why isn’t there any??

This would not help you to proof how long the headset was used. It can be bought 5 months ago, but still only be used for 5 hours. 🤷🏻

Seller put it out on his ad that the unit has had max 5 hours on it. But the unit look really. So Im trying to find any proof that this unit has been used way more that the claimed 5 hours.

White straps on headset is really dirty, charging cable is really dirty , inside the box it looks like its been collecting trash in it. I can post photos here if possible and others can judge themselves.

There is no point in sending photos here, we are all just users, we cannot help with this. It does not matter what it looks like. You have likely been a victim of a scam.

Every box has the serial number printed on it. If it is a private seller and they removed the s/n you might have bought a stolen device.

Look at the back of the box, and you can check the internet to see where the number should be written. It's on the back with a bar code.

If it's not there you have probably been scammed.

The outside of the box is just with the quest 3 on the lid , rest is blank, nothing.

The seller is with rating 10/10 over many years , so seems a bit weird.

I will report him and have bank run a claim towards his account.
