Can a lightweight gaming laptop handle Meta Quest PCVR?

I'm curious if anyone here uses a gaming laptop with their Meta Quest for PCVR while travelling. I'm trying to understand whether an RTX 4060 laptop is enough for a smooth experience with Quest Link or Air Link, or if going for an RTX 4070 is worth the extra cost.

Portability is a big factor for me, so I'd love to hear which laptops people are actually using and how well they perform. I've been exploring gaming laptop options, but real-world experiences from Quest users would be really helpful.
