Facebook Account Disabled Immediately After Registration — Paid for Meta Verified Support, Still No Human Help After 8 Weeks
My Facebook account was disabled immediately after registration, before I even had a chance to use it. Almost EIGHT WEEKS later, it remains disabled, with no clear explanation or solution.
This account is urgently needed for work. Out of desperation, I paid for Meta Verified through my personal Instagram account, hoping to get help from a real person.
Instead, I was given an AI chatbot that failed to resolve anything and eventually STOPPED RESPONDING ENTIRELY.
And the most ridiculous part?
Meta actually sent a customer satisfaction survey to the email address associated with my disabled account, asking how satisfied I was with their support.
Seriously? My account is still disabled, I paid for support that went nowhere, and now Meta wants to know how satisfied I am?
The irony is absolutely unbelievable.
I understand that Meta has security policies, and I'm willing to complete any necessary verification. But after nearly eight weeks, is it really unreasonable to expect a real human being to review my case?
I'm not asking for special treatment. I simply need:
-
A real support representative, not another chatbot.
-
A fair review of my disabled Facebook account.
-
Direct communication through email.
Has anyone successfully reached a human support representative when Meta Verified support failed?
I am genuinely exhausted by this experience. Paying for support only to receive silence and then a satisfaction survey feels like a complete mockery of customer service.
Any legitimate advice would be greatly appreciated.
