I’m so dissapointed that the 3 portals I bought late 2020 are no longer supported and as such they are not fit for use End of life devices within 2 years of purchase - total rip off 

Hey everyone testing out the forum but I also want to get with event focused peers. As much as building is important Ive always championed for events and how important they are for spaces to be seen. It's been an awesome ride and I'm excited for the future 

I recently set up a child's account and noticed that his horizon feed lacked some of the morally objectionable content that pops up on my adult account.  I reached out to the Meta support through a chat and was looking for options to get my account to be more "childlike" in this same manner.  I know it is a unique request, but it would be great to have that sort of option.  I did also ask if there was a way to setup the Quest so that the horizon feed isn't automatically popped up on the screen upon start up.  This would eliminate the issue of random offensive popups coming up on the feed whether for a child or adult.  Both are suggestions that might be helpful for others, so I am just putting this out there.   Thanks!

Did anyone else get the new boundary system? I don't really like it. Whenever I go to passthough and move to a different location, then get out of passthough, the boundary comes to me. That really annoys me because I want it to stay where I placed it. Now I have to create millions of boundarys whenever I go to passthough and back. Also, to change boundarys from stationary to roomscale takes much more time now.

Hey got banned on Instagram and bought this meta subscription and opened a support ticket.Now its been 2 weeks since no reply and i am texting them everyday.Is there a way to close the ticket?Please just tell how to close the support ticket.

Meta support instructed me to come here to address an issue where a Meta account was set up in my name, however not my email address.  I'm unable to remove or disconnect the email address from a hacker who added on to my Facebook / Instagram accounts because it requires an auth-code be sent to THAT email address which is not mine. It is the email address of someone who hacked my account in July, 2024.  And if I choose to Email me when someone replies here it is going to got the hackers email, not mine!Below are the instructions that Meta support sent me so you can see exactly what they are referring people to do:Meta Support As we have informed, these method will not guarantee the removal of the Meta Horizon account. It's a petty that Meta with all its huge expertise and finance, aren't able to deliver a sleek ultra light experience like this competition example "Bigscreen beyond" which have much less resources, I know its not a stand alone Quest 3, but adding a cpu and a battery in the strap for example and offer a near sleek experience that could displace the VR evolution to another new level and user adoption, MR option could be added in another model for users interested in MR experience.The bulky Quest unlit now need a new modern and stylish designs, and latest display and lenses could help a lot in delivering this experience I think.

I can now buy a ticket to gator grotto after the update fix about a month ago but I can't travel there!? When the boat spawns and starts taking me it just sinks and I respawn on the beach? Surely such a simple game this bug is an easy fix?

I watched a few VR concerts on Meta Horizon and they are great!The concerts have a limited period we can watch. Are they going to return sometime or any change to watch again in the future? Also, once we join a Meta Horizon Concert and walk into the "first row" to activate the 3D, sometimes the 3D turns out suddenly, even if we didn't even move. Is there any specific reason?

Hi..... I have created a painting using Vermillion VR painting. I then saved the painting to 'downloads'. it wasn't in my laptop's download folder so i 'googled'. that told me the 'painting' would have been saved to my meta quest 2's download folder within the headset but i'll  be blowed if i can find this  download folder..... can someone point me in the right direction.......HUGE thanks....... Just created organizations with company name on windows website 2 months ago.However my meta account on VR device don't recognise me as developer.I've been working with unreal engine development since 2018. Modding ue3 games on nexus is my passion. Last year switch to unity engine to recompile tons of scripts to execute to build only for Meta quest 3/S for free.I don't have real company registered in my primary European country, I don't have commercial game studio. But what's the issue with removing my developer mode? I looking for someone from Meta Team to inspect my account ID to fix this. Yes you can change my card if enabling developer features has pricing methods. I know I'm not hired as developer and I don't have legal company to enable dev mode but I wish to do that.
