Just want to tell my story here as I have had a 6 months ongoing 'support' from Meta, with many promises, but no solutions...First, I bought the Meta Quest 3 at their store in San Francisco in November 2023, including the elite strap with extra battery. From early on I noticed that both the headset and the controllers were draining battery when turned off, and the controllers draining battery very rapidly when used, like from full to empty in a couple of hours of use. Then I started to experience connection issues with the controllers. In the end the right controller could not connect anymore due to a firmware update that failed again and again. In the end it did go, but then the thumbstick did not work anymore. Then I reached out to get a replacement (March 2024). In parallel, Meta reached out with an offer to exchange the elite strap with battery, due to some reason. First they said I was not eligible, but then I was. My Facebook account keeps getting suspended because of my phone number I just got this number not even 2 months ago because my phone got hacked and my email got hacked I changed my phone number and got a new email address yet every time I start a Facebook account I get disabled not even 2 weeks after i make it

Hi I have had problems with my carry case that I purchased with my quest three. The zipper has failed. Has anybody else had this problem? I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with Meta quest regarding this issue. However nobody replies to any of my messages I’ve raised about five different, issues with the help centre and I am yet to receive one reply. All I’m trying to do is get the case replaced under warranty,  just wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues in getting in contact with MedQuest help thanks

Hello  I need recover my password. I tried to use Facebook Help center, but but it didn't work for me. I wanted to buy Meta products, but now that this situation has not been resolved I am not sure about doing so, as the hacker could obtain my credit card details. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.Thanks

when you have a pc case with the glass side that shows no light inside its like a black shell.Now you have a light source shine light on something outside the pc case facing the glass on the side of the pc case, not you look at the image of the thing being lit up by the lamp and you see a hologram. to recreate this using a video source its done the same way, have a glass over a black box. cast light on some image and the image if its stereoscopic and moves when the person moves their head looks stereoscopic on the glass.

I recently paid the 14 bucks to subscribe to meta verified just to be able to receive help with my Instagram password , I haven't received a link to change my Instagram password in over a year of trying and brought that issue to the chat on meta JUST to be left in the chat with no help . I'm literally just trying to change my password since I forgot the last one used and Meta is making it nearly impossible, I didn't pay for extra support just to still be ignored . This is ridiculous.  The chat is open but no one is in there to respond and I can't start another chat until that one ends . My instagram name is  *REDACTED* please help .

I do not know what kind of glasses to choose for my husband, he has a visual defect and corrective lenses must be made for astigmatism for normal use, every day. If I order VR glasses, will they be good for him despite the fact that he has a visual defect, does this not interfere with use ? Is it necessary to specify something when ordering ?I'm asking because I can't pass account verification for an order. I have disabled Facebook account,  I wanted to buy Meta products like VR glasses or RayBan glasses for my husband but the account is not working. I hope it will be unlocked soon to shop :). thanks for the answers.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on who could write a story about Meta Quest and one of their games they sell and the company who makes the game. They (Meta) have been selling a game that doesn't load and they keep selling it to us people. They promise it's a temporary error and will be fixed soon. Well it's been a year for me since my purchase and it's never worked once. I've been reading all these reviews from the game and this has been going on for over a year. My headset broke under warranty and they told me to send it in and they would replace it. that was 2 months ago and after 40-50 emails I posted on the forums about it. They said that we should take it offline and send them a dm and they would help me get it resolved. They asked the same questions over and over and never did anything to help resolve. so at this point they sold me a headset that broke under warranty...and then had me send it back....and are now ignoring me. I am so frustrated. I have bought 7 headset for friends since the release of quest one so this is just crazy to be treated this way. I have been robbed. be careful with these people.

Hello, My Instagram account got hacked on Sunday. The hacker has access to my login information including the password. I have tried all the Instagram help centre instructions but I am stuck in the same loop where the hackers page opens up. They seem to have turned on the 2FA and linked my Instagram account to their personal accounts centre and loggin me out of mine. My Facebook account was not linked to my Instagram account hence I'm unable to recover but both the accounts use my same personal email id. I am trying to contact Facebook and Instagram support for days. I hope meta can help me recover my account. It is my personal account and I don't want any misuse of my information . Please guide me to recover my account, Thanks.

Just been to the cinema to see 'The Crow', a gothic superhero reboot of an old classic. I enjoyed it, however it has flopped in the Box Office. The fight scenes were immense but I can agree that the story may have lacked a little depth, but I came in wanting cool fight scenes and that's what I was supplied with.  I wouldn't watch it again, but I don't feel like I wasted my money - a solid 6 for me. Has anyone else seen anything lately that they enjoyed, but other might brand it less than satisfactory? Lemme know 🙂
