Hello fella VR / AR enthusiasts. I gave lecture on Augmented Reality some time ago, introducing framework how I personally see VR/AR when developing different kind of systems mostly for industry. And since this community is on the VR side I thought this could be interesting also for you all.Anyhow I think the principles of this framework are also applicable to whatever kind of applications you develop. Even VR/AR games and where you put the challenges or push your player to the limits, for example Cymatic Bruce experience in Portal 2 when jumping off the cliff down to grab a box etc. Or when it comes to the use of Google Glass in comparison to Meta 1 for some GPS based adventure game or educational app. I hope this lecture provides some structure when you try to understand what makes VR / AR games or applications either fun and engaging or from serious games point of view what makes them useful (Since you can do basically everything but that does not warrant value for industry). In the
Consoles are relatively set platforms, so any major bugs with the game itself can be tackled without having to deal with the massive amount of different hardware configurations on PC.Console gamers are more receptive to DLC because of the lack of mods on console, so some devas wait until all their DLC comes out and then just bundle it in with a Game of the Year edition that also comes out on PC. PC releases, if done correctly, are the most technically proficient version of a game, so they might take longer to work on than a console counterpart. Microsoft or Sony might pay for a console exclusive debut, which means that the game's PC release is delayed until that deal has expired. Finally, some developers are under the assumption that a PC release that was concurrent with a console release would cannibalize their sales in one market. Console is generally released before PC because there is less competition on [Console game development Company than on Steam.
First off, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. I mostly use the various VR subreddits. This is my first time posting here after an individual from the support team recommended it. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on how I could get added to Meta's press list. Originally I thought my community was not large enough but since then have seen content creators with smaller audiences be added to their press list. I do not expect any handouts, I am just trying to gain access at the same time as other creators / media that Meta works with just like I do with games. I would obviously be fine to sign any NDA's, follow any embargo dates or sign over my soul to Mark if that is what it took. Or even if I could be told that once I meet X requirements I can be added. Any help at all is much appreciated, thanks! 🙂

:P Ok, truth is, I wanted to be first post in one of the forums...That said, I am working on trying to make a vr glove that will work in conjunction with the oculus. Hopefully Unity quits being a pain.
Despite the crapy new forum software I am back with a new PC and a OCULUS( I will never call it META....awful name ) Quest 2. MUCH better than the Quest 1 in every way. That said....Zenbane is still here....Snowdog is now Anonymous ( WTF Snowdog....what have you done this time?!?!? ) and.......fill me in!!!
Just wondering if any of you have tried doing this..?Some of you may have noticed that AMD some Nvidia GPU prices have gone up and stock is low. This is primarily down to Cryptocurrency miners building machines to mine Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin and Etherium. The way it works is this - mathematical formulas are solved by your hardware and for each one that gets solved you get a part of a Bitcoin or whichever Cryptocurrency you've chosen to mine.1 Bitcoin is currently worth around $2500 and like traditional currency the value spikes up and down, but unlike the US Dollar or Pound Sterling there is only going to be 21m of these things made which practically guarantees that they're going to rise in value because as each one is made there are going to be less of them available to mine, making them rarer. They reckon all Bitcoins will be made by 2040 but I can personally see that date being MUCH earlier as more people get into it.I'm going to be doing my Bitcoin mining by using a company c
but so far nobody wants to see my video and so after a few days of nothing i decided to come back here and try to show someone here since facebook has a bci and ai iand stuff like that and this formula directly applies. https://youtu.be/AI00prZihvs just have to give music a corresponding skeleton for inverse kinematics and then the music shows the math and story. is the music making the skeleton wiggle like a worm, dance, stagger, lay down and tremble, idk but its there to see.
https://www.facebookcareers.com/v2/jobs/206613908123397/ For this level of testing it would have to implantable or blood contacting for less that 24 hours. As some one who is the medical field, this is not just purely safety testing but more for submission testing.
I don't understand how a company can have such terrible customer service! There is nobody to talk to and it takes months for issues to be resolved, i don't know how this isn't all over social media. People need to know how terrible they are

Philosophy!During Pandemic 2020, I've been able to get caught up on all sorts of reading. I recently re-visted the old favorite subject of Philosophy, and came across a fun list:https://www.learning-mind.com/10-mind-blowing-theories-that-will-change-your-perception-of-the-world/Some favorites:Big Freeze.Big Freeze is the theory of the final state that our universe is heading toward. The universe has a limited supply of energy. According to this theory, when that energy finally runs out, the universe will devolve into a frozen state. The thermal energy produced by the motion of the particles will gradually wear out, which means that eventually, this particle motion will slow down and, presumably, one day, everything will stop.A bit doom and gloom, since this means that even in a multi-verse, everything eventually stops, freezes, and dies. Although... what about the Law of motion? Everything in motion stays in motion until acted upon by an external force, right? Yet this theory says... e
Oculus should team up with Amazon to sell VR apps. They can call it oculus prime...you're welcome. 🤣:hundred_points:
when deep, kick the shovel into the snow, throw one scoop away from the driveway at a time, dont drag the snow, start on edge of driveway, shovel outwards away from driveway,if deep, shovel half height so 2 scoops per spot,if really deep, shovel in middle of driveway, take many scoops to get to ground, repeat as you move outwards.this makes the outside really shallow eventually so it takes only one scoop, then when the snow is really shallow you can drag the snow.
when i go in a game i get kicked for linked and get back to the normal hub
Hey,does anyone knows whats oculus name ın stocks and ın whıch stock market we can buy ıt?
step 1. There is trauma, step 2. there is removing trauma to somewhere safe, step 3. there is no trauma.step 4. action First is step 1, you have two people who agree on what the trauma is.- trauma or suspicious problem is identified. second step, there is agreement between the two people if the trauma is removed.- solution to (trauma or suspicious person.) third step, the two people share a conversation which explains each persons binary,- where 1 = agreement with the solution in step 2,- and 0 = disagreement with the solution in step 2.- person who sees solution in step 2 to (trauma or suspicious person), or person who sees problem in step 1 (trauma or suspicious person,) fourth step. the two people then stop talking and carry out their binary for step 2.- carry out step 2,- or start from step 1 and create step 2. which may be a different step 2 than the previous step 2. translating step 2 to either heroic or cowardly.

Just a fun thread - like show and tell Maybe I should start with my new ... toothbrush! Might sound boring - but she's a beauty - and it's a $ 350 - 400 toothbrush that connects to your phone using Bluetooth and more (it's got a small oled screen - much like the Rift CV1, lol): Maybe a slightly naughty picture, but Dr. Freud once said: "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar!" 😉 As we grow older, there're important reasons to invest in very clean teeth - like shown here: In short, some bacteria associated with gum disease (periodontal disease) have been found in the brains of Alzheimer patients, thus the bacteria may have gained access to the brain by entering the body through the gums. And these bacteria may initiate Alzheimers disease. So maybe a good thing not to go too cheap on the toothbrush 😎 More info about the world's best and most advanced toothbrush here: I've been using the toothbrush a few days now, i
