I took a friend from my shopping lately, because he needed similar suggestions, and the only thing I picked up from his shopping preferences was that he limited his browsing to a few shops in which he felt relaxed.Unfortunately, this meant this he tended to buy the same stuff (poorly built and not produced) that restricted his designs and looks. My advice to all guys, is actually go shopping:Browse more specialty shops (don't just go to variety stores)Try on lots of different things even if you have no plans on buying rip lil peep hoodie (learn what looks good, what cuts, colors and styles work best for your body and goal)Don't be afraid to walk into more expensive or top-brand stores (you'll be surprised how many bargains you can pick up).Lastly, dressing well and looking great isn't about wearing expensive labels, it's about having great style, and knowing what works and what doesn't

Well we've had a time travel thread so I thought we should have an aliens thread too.I believe that aliens have visited and are visiting our planet. Now I don't think that there are aliens that are living here and impersonating humans, but I certainly believe that at least SOME of these UFOs captured on film and seen by people are alien spacecraft. How am I reasoning this? Pretty simple. There have simply been too many technological leaps since the 50s to make it not being true. Just have a think about it:Integrated circuits and microchips.Credit cards and bank cards.Cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays.KevlarLasersStealth bombersThe Oculus Rift lolVelcro.Quantum Computers. And then have a look back through time and you have the Pyramids, Mayan astronomy and cities, Stonehenge, the Inca's Machu Picchu and Teotihuacán in Mexico.A great deal of these UFO sightings are around air bases so a good percentage of them can be put down to experimental aircraft, but ALL of them? The truth

I took me while to realise why some of my posts weren't appearing; if I post message which has a link to another thread in the forum it gets held for moderation.I can understand wanting to moderate external links, but it seems a bit burdensome to require moderation for internal forum links.

Just wondering if any of you have bought any electric or electronic goods from Aldi's before? They have this thing where every Thursday they get new stuff in and once it's all gone they won't have it in stock again.I got myself an Omelette Maker earlier on today but haven't tried it out yet. They also do cheap 3D Printers too apparently!I love Aldi's, food tends to be cheaper than other supermarkets generally and it's good quality stuff. ??

Some of you may remember me posting about Noah The Time Traveller in another thread. He's said that Trump is going to win a second term in 2020 and at the time we all thought it was complete nonsense but this Impeachment should see him gaining popularity and he'll probably get it.So one of the other things he said that would happen would be aliens being revealed to the world in 2028. So let's also assume for the sake of this thread that aliens ALSO exist. Not too many assumptions so far imo. :D So how do you think they'll be revealed?Personally I'm going for them revealing THEMSELVES in 2028 when we're on the verge of launching a ship capable of travel outside the solar system at a decent speed. They'll probably pop down and say, 'Oi! You fuckers had better behave yourselves out there or we'll give you a slap!'  :D

I am into a lot of genres of music like hard rock, techno, metal. Currently I am using Logic Pro X. I want to know if switching to garageband will be a good decision for me.

Even though it's VR related, this is some off-topic satire at its finest!PieMax opens restaurant that fails to deliver your meal and offers to sell you a different one while you wait"I knew something was up when the table next to me received 4 pies after ordering the advertised 8 snack pie+ deal. When questioned the waiter explained that 4 and 8 are practically the same number so people shouldn't get so damn picky. The situation became troubling when I was informed the cutlery had suffered manufacturing problems and wouldn't be available, although we were offered a rival restaurants superior cutlery at a similar cost".Full article:https://www.vrdizzy.com/single-post/2020/01/19/PieMax-opens-restaurant-that-fails-to-deliver-your-meal-and-offers-to-sell-you-a-different-one-while-you-wait

Just got a very nice email from the company doing my PPI claim and they say that the credit card company have offered me a PARTIAL refund of £1063.15  :D B) I have to give them a 20% cut of that I think so I'll end up getting 800 quid or so.But that's just a partial refund lolThe email I got off them said that full refunds can be up to five times as much  :o So the question is do I take the easy way out with the 800 quid or so and get my dosh quicker or do I take the longer route and get more money.I don't know if I have the patience lol :D

I will assume that there are some folks out there who, like me, can't help thinking of a specific video game any time a certain song plays or a certain artist performs. I thought of this the other day while trying to listen to the album, Megadeth - Rust in Peace during a gym workout. I wanted to hear something fast and energetic to help keep me motivated. But all I saw in my head the entire time was... Final Fantasy 1 gamplay. And the reason is because that Megadeth album is all I listened to while playing Final Fantasy 1; in a constant loop while leveling up my characters. This was in 1990, and no amount of time has changed that fact.I have other similar experiences with music, but this is the only one that is video game related.Anyone else? Just me?

Just kidding. Made you look though, didn't I? ?
